Is 'it' the end of Paper Books??

Amazon's CEO Jeff Bezos recently launched Amazon's latest product named "Kindle 2" in NYC. Its a e-book reader device and it has got an edge over other competitors like "Sony E-Book Reader" in terms of design and functionality.

Unlike its predecessor (Kindle1), this one is much good looking and has a sleeker design which gives it a glam look. Its very much shaped like a large iPhone; a big rectangle with rounded edges.

It has a SD slot for 2Gb onboard memory which is large enough to store some e-books.This gadget is surprisingly thin--about 0.36 inches which makes it really portable and reduces the burden of carrying heavy novels while on the go.

The software installed in it is easy to use and the e-ink display has also enabled a clearer display on the screen as compared to Kindle 1.

Papaer books will never be history however far technology proceeds. Though Ankur wouldn't agree, really. He has a thing for ebooks.
